- Students who are active in an ENACTUS year. Data is stored in a secure environment.
- Alumni who have been active at ENACTUS as students. Data is stored in a secure environment.
- Relevant employees at partners. Partners are companies, funds and educational institutions that support ENACTUS financially and with manpower. Data is stored in a secure environment.
- Volunteers. They provide training, are mentors or business advisors during projects. Data is stored in a secure environment.
- Interested parties. This concerns people who have shown an interest in the work of ENACTUS via our website and who have completed a contact form. Data is stored in a secure environment.
- Other Contacts. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who work for governments and suppliers.
AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
We mainly use personal data to enable the organization of our projects. Without communication with students, alumni, partners, educational institutions, funds and other stakeholders, ENACTUS would not be able to do its job. In concrete terms: we use names, (email) addresses and telephone numbers to maintain contact with current and new projects and about matters related to the different partnerships that ENACTUS has.
In addition, we use personal data for promotional and marketing purposes. ENACTUS has a legitimate interest to increase the visibility of ENACTUS through (online) campaigns and to arouse the interest of potential partners. Where necessary, we ask permission to inform you. Do you no longer wish to be contacted for this? You can indicate this by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the relevant emails.
We also use personal data to see how the organization is doing. We also have a legitimate interest in this: for example, we can see how many students and alumni are active; how many partners we have and how many employees at partners and educational institutions are actively involved to determine whether interest in what we do is growing. This also uses the demographic data of the network and projects.
