Our highlight of the Enactus World Cup in San Jose this year was officially announcing that the Enactus World Cup of 2020 will be held in Utrecht, the Netherlands! It is our intention to completely Enactify the city of Utrecht. It is a progressive, liberal university city, actively embracing the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. A perfect place for a powerful, global community for the good, to get together and show the world that through persistence, dedication and our entrepreneurial spirit we can truly change lives.
An other mayor highlight was that Enactus Egypt won the Enactus World Cup of 2019. They were competing in the same league as our national champion Enactus Wageningen. This makes it less of a disappointment that we did not make it to the finals… Congratulations to Enactus Egypt and the team from Cairo University! Champions were and awarded the Ford Better World Award of $50,000!
